We sit in meditation, in the quiet peace of mind that is our true nature. As we learn to become quiet–even for a moment–to be completely quiet, we find that all of our cares of the day–just in that moment- find a new perspective.
Our weekly meditation groups are an opportunity to deepen and strengthen your meditation practice. The collective energy of a group meditation offers support for individual meditation throughout the rest of the week.
Our one-hour meditation begins with prayer, chanting, light meditation instruction, and includes silent sitting for approximately 30 minutes. Sunday morning group meditation includes a short teaching seeded in the teachings of Kriya Yoga. Thursdays include a time for our current book study.
