In anticipation of the upcoming school year, let us give our children the tools they need to navigate this time of uncertainty and change.
This class is designed for preschool through elementary aged children and their caregivers. Our time together will include an introduction to meditation, breathing strategies, guided practice, story time, and open dialogue.
