All are most warmly welcome to join Julie Hitchcock for an Introduction to Meditation for Families. Our time together will include a short teaching on Yoga and meditation, breathing practice, story time, and a craft to take home.
This class is well suited for children of all ages, parents, siblings, and caregivers.
