We sit in meditation, in the quiet peace of mind that is our true nature. As we learn to become quiet--even for a moment--to be completely quiet, we find that all of our cares of the day--just in that moment- find a new perspective.
Our weekly meditation groups are an opportunity to deepen and strengthen your meditation practice. The collective energy of a group meditation offers support for individual meditation throughout the rest of the week.
Our one hour meditation begins with an interfaith invocation and chanting and includes silent sitting for approximately 30-45 minutes. Sunday mornings often include a reading/teaching.

SUNDAY MORNINGS:
9:00 - 10:00 Meditation and inspirational teaching
(Replaced 1st Sunday of each month with 10:00 a.m.Sacred Celebration)
10:00 - 11:00 Community discussion over tea
