When doubts haunt me, when disappointments stare me in the face, and I see not one ray of hope on the horizon, I turn to Bhagavad-gita and find a verse to comfort me; and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming sorrow. Those who meditate on the Gita will derive fresh joy and new meanings from it every day.

Water does not wet the leaf of the lotus. The essence of our being, the soul, is likewise unaffected or changed by the circumstances, thoughts, feeling and actions of our daily life. In this course, the verses and themes of the Bhagavad Gita will be contemplated as a guide for living happy, effective and free in the world - undisturbed by its happenings. In the light of Kriya Yoga, this text is both practical in instruction and deep in philosophical support for approaching our activities with conscious joy and intentional focus resulting in a fulfilled life.

- Meditation techniques and practice
- Study of particular verses and themes
- Guidance to let go and rejoice
- Time for study in spiritual community
